The new system is quicker and easier and all products are updated daily providing information, stock levels and pricing instantly.

Accessing your account and ordering is a relatively straight forward process, we've provided a series of steps below which will have you using website in no time at all.

N.B. Please note that in order to see you preferred pricing schedule you must be logged into your account at all times.

Logging On

  1. To log into your account simply click the padlock icon top right of your screen

  1. You'll then be taken to your secure log in area

  1. On logging in you'll be automatically directed to your own personal account / admin page.

Quick Links

Once you've logged into your account and as long as you remain logged in you will have instant access to your Quick Links, quick links will appear on every page as you navigate the site giving you instant access to the following features:

  • Logout
  • Your Favourites
  • Change Password
  • Track Your Orders
  • Addresses
  • Swap Baskets

Product Search

There are two ways to search for products.

  1. Using the Search products box situated at the top of the site next to the VOW logo. Any product code, part of description, manufacturers code can be entered, this includes Spicer codes where cross reference. A search returns the results below.
  2. Or by using the Product categories listed immediately below the product search box
  3. Once your product is found full details are listed onscreen (see illustration below)

The product card displays several types of information such as product image and description, you can aslo see if the product is in stock, prices are displayed in ex VAT if you want to see your preferred pricing you'll need to be logged into your account. Further down the product card is a list of related products and if relevant documentation.

To purchase your chosen product simply type in the quantity and click the "Buy Now" button, this will automatically add the product to your shopping basket and your main acocunt

N.B. You will need to be logged-in to purchase any products, if at any time you click "Buy Now" and aren't logged in you'll be automatically transfered to the log-in page, however the product you've added to the basket will be retained and added to the shopping cart once logged in saving you the time and trouble of having to go back to the product and clicking "Buy Now" once more.

Your basket and checking out

Checking out is a four stage process, stage one begins when you view the contents of you basket once products are in your basket you can continue onto the next stage of placing you order.
Your basket can be accessed through My Account or the Proceed to Checkout button.

Once you have finalised your basket and are ready to purchase click the Proceed to Checkout button.

What now follows are the four stages of completing your order, clicking on the Proceed to Checkout will take you to the next stage in the sequence

  1. Stage One - Your Basket This stage provides a summary of the order so far, it includes the sub total, quick add, continue to shop or proceed to checkout.

  1. Stage Two - Check your delivery details This section deals with delivery detail, in this section has the following Order Account Number, Select and order type and delivery options

  1. Stage Three - Order verification Your order is nearly read to complete, all you need do is complete all other sections and a total excluding VAT. Click on the "Place Order" to proceed to the next stage of the process.

  1. Stage Four - Final order confirmation The final stage of the order process, which is the order confirmation giving you information of the grand total and a recap of what was ordered this section of the process will also generate a confirmation email sent to your chosed email account

Quick Stock Check/Add

The "Quick Stock Check/Add" is a feature of the website that will allow you to check stock levels and order in one simple process, accessing this feature can be done from the home page of this website. Please note that you need to be logged in to use this facility

On clicking the "Quick Stock Check/Add" graphic on the home page, the "Quick Stock Check/Add" page will load and you should see the following page:

Simply add your product codes one per line and up to a maximum of 50 lines, once you've added the first 10 codes the system will automaticallly add further lines for you. When done select your preferred delivery method and click the "Submit your list" button which will take you to the next stage in the process

The following page loads and from there you can at a glance see if the product you've entered is in stock, you can also add the quantities of each product you'd like to order, when done simply click on the "Add selection" button which in turn will add your products to the shopping cart

Track Your Orders

Orders can be tracked using the Track Your Orders feature, which is part of the Quick Account Links sections found at the foot of every page while logged in

Below is the Track Your Orders screen, you can track any orders that you have made either by date, your order nubmer, our order number or simply the last 100 orders you've made

Consumable Search

Consumable items can be found by clicking the Ink & Toner Finder found on the home page.

On cliking the Ink & Toner Finder graphic you'll be directed to the Ink & Toner Finder page. On this page you will find at a glance brand finder or alternatively you can search by machine type and modle number

Results are returned on a new page, from there you can simply add products to your basket using the buy button
